Douglas S. Luke is Chief Executive Officer of HL Capital, Inc., a private investment company with diversified interests in marketable securities and private equity.

Mr. Luke is a retired Director of Regency Centers Corporation (REG/NYSE) and MeadWestvaco Corporation, predecessor to WestRock Corporation (WRK/NYSE). Mr. Luke is a former board member of the Virginia Athletic Foundation and a Trustee Emeritus of the Adirondack Council, the Adirondack Nature Conservancy/ Adirondack Land Trust and National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

Mr. Luke is a member of the Ausable Club, the Mashomack Fish and Game Preserve, The Yale Club/ Virginia Club of New York City, the Millbrook Hunt and the New York Farmers.

Mr. Luke earned his BA degree from the University of Virginia in 1964 and his MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia in 1966.
