Kenneth N. Adatto
MD

Kenneth N. Adatto, M.D.(College ’65) is an orthopaedic surgeon and senior partner of Orthopaedic Specialists of New Orleans. His daughters, Aimee graduated from the University of Virginia in 1991 and Katherine in 1997. His son, Bradford graduated from TCU in 1994. His wife Be-Be has served on several boards in New Orleans. Ken, during the University of Virginia's first Capital Fund drive was Chairman for Louisiana. The second Campaign, he was co chair for the Gulf South Region. He was on the National Leadership Council for the recent 3 Billion dollar Capital Campaign. He has been chairman of the annual fund drive at Metairie Park Country Day School, two professorships at LSU Medical School and the physician's section of the United Way. At Metairie Park Country Day School, he was on the Board of Trustees, president of the Dad's Club and the Team Physician for 17 years. He has served as President of the U Va Louisiana Alumni Chapter, is an Emeritus member University of Virginia Alumni Board of Managers, Emeritus member of The College Board of Trustees and served on the local and national Jefferson Scholars Committee. He is past President of the Alumni Board of LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, on the Foundation Board of the Medical School, Board of Governors of the Orleans Parish Medical Society and a Delegate to the State Medical Society. Ken is a clinical professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at LSU School of Medicine. He is a Consultant Reviewer and Book Reviewer for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He and Be-Be have 7 grandchildren.
